We spent years on projects where the engineering was flawless but the result went unused. Not because a feature was missing, but because nobody had looked at the real workflow of the people behind it.
So we built cTudis: a team that starts every project from the process, not from the stack. We ask uncomfortable questions early, cut what doesn't add value and deliver in short iterations, so you see real progress instead of presentations.
