Because a number out of context says very little. A project that looks big can be simple, and one that looks small can hide five integrations. We prefer to understand what you need first and talk about money after, so the figure actually means something.
We work in sprints, with prioritisation every two weeks. If something unexpected comes up, you see it when it happens, not at the end. Nothing is invoiced without being agreed first.
Yes. The standard is a deposit upfront and the rest on agreed milestones. For monthly collaborations, invoicing happens at the end of each month.
